3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
