Refund and Cancellation Policy
At JustJacksy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your joggers. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- Joggers are unworn and unwashed
- Items are in their original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- Items are returned in their original packaging where possible
Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, joggers that have been worn, washed, or have had tags removed cannot be returned. Sale or clearance items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to provide you with return instructions
- Pack the joggers securely in their original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned joggers, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help with an exchange subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange. The same 7-day eligibility window and condition requirements apply.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it following our standard return process.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number. If your order has already been processed for shipping, you will need to refuse delivery or return the item once received.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect joggers, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
JustJacksy is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for secure delivery or signature confirmation if needed.
