1. What courier do you use?
We use The Courier Guy and Pudo for all national deliveries. You can choose your preferred option when placing your order.
2. Do you deliver locally in Somerset West?
Yes, local delivery within Somerset West is free.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2–5 working days once your order is dispatched.
4. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn and in its original condition. You’ll need to cover the courier costs.
5. Do you offer refunds?
No, we only offer exchanges. No exchanges or refunds after 30 days.
6. Is there a shop I can visit?
No — we operate online only. We don’t have a physical store.
7. Are items made to order?
Yes, many items are made to order to keep things fresh, reduce waste, and ensure your item is special and limited.
8. How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email once your parcel is on the way.
9. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
